What Causes Headache, Fatigue, Tightness In The Chest And Swollen Glands?
Symptoms: tightness in upper chest and neck since late yesterday, long lasting headache on and off for several days, often tired for no reason for a couple of weeks, usual exercises now difficult (senior age yoga), swollen but not painful glands in neck. Any ideas about whether these symptoms are related to same cause? Ideas about potential cause?

Swollen but painless lymph glands in the neck at your age may be due to NHL (Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma). Lymph node biopsy would help to determine the cause. All other symptoms can be explained accordingly.
