What Causes Headache, Fatigue, Weakness And Cough?

quick onset of over all body chills for hours, headache, fatigue, coughing, and face getting really hot.....happened yesterday afternoon, feeling better this evening, but still coughing, and feeling weak and fatiqued.....face is starting to feel very warm again.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of headache, fatigue, weakness and cough which seems to be due to viral infection/ flu. Usually your symptoms will resolve its own in 5 days. Need not to worry much. I would suggest you to take acetaminophen, it will reduce fever and headache. You should take proper course of antibiotics for 5 days as it will take 5-7 days for viral fever to lower down. Visit general physician once and get it completely examined and start treatment after proper prescription. Get blood tests done to find out exact diagnosis. Apply moist cloth on head dipped in cold water. Drink plenty of fluids and have rest properly. Avoid oily and spicy food
