What Causes Headache, Frequent Urination And Hot Sweats?

I have flu like symptoms in the evening when i am tired. this happens on and off. i also have headaches, more frequent urination, i feel very cold and achy so i cant sleep. when i get to sleep i then have hot sweats. this makes me feel anxious. sleep makes me feel better and its gone the next morning.
