What Causes Headache In Frontal Lobe Area After Having Blockage In Ear?

My right ear was plugged earlier the other day and then I developed a head ache in my right frontal lobe area. The head ache has persisted for about three days It is not constant and only really causes pain when I'm moving, not while sitting still or lying down. It most prominent in the morning. Anything to be concerned about?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
frontal area pain, in my opinion may be due to frontal sinusitis. this is actually same rhinosinusitis causing eustachian tube catarrh leading to ear ache and frontal sinusitis due to its Ostia blockage. I would recommend a short course of antibiotics, xylometazoline nasal drops, levocetrizine. if pain is more you can take painkillers. if after few days you don't get better , visit neurophysician to exclude neurological cause or ophthalmologist for eyesight causes for headache.
