I usually go on a daily walk, but lately I have noticed that I get a headache and feel lightheaded at times. I go usually after 4PM, sometimes as late as 7PM. I wear a baseball cap to keep the sun off of my face. I am very fair skinned and do wear sunscreen, but still get red on my legs or arms (whatever may be exposed when I walk). I have also noticed that my eyes are much more sensitive to the sun at times.
