What Causes Headache Like Feel After Upper Body Workout?
I am a 56 year old female and during my workout I had just completed some upper body weight lifts and began doing some push ups when I began to feel a pain (similar to a headache) occur, I didn t feel lightheaded at the time. But I still feel some pain. What could be the cause?
You have muscular strain problem after work put....
At 56 year age you need to done first light weight exercise and gradually increasing weight lifting .....
Cardio respiratory exercise done more which will useful in preventing ischemic heart disease....like flooring exercise, running , swimming etc....
Avoid strenous work for few days. Ibuprofen can be taken for pain and relieving inflammation... Avoid movement that cause pain... Hot compress can be applied... Take rest.
You will be alright in 4 to 5 days...
