Hi,

By your history and description, possibility of migraine like headache is more likely.

So tell her to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
2. Avoid excessive sun exposure. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
3. Avoid Fasting and take your meals timely.
4. Start propranolol and flunarizine combination.
5. Take sound sleep of 6-8 hours. Don't worry, she will be alright with all these in 2-3 weeks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
