What Causes Headache, Nausea And Neck Pain?

I have a headache, nausea, facial pain/pressure, and neck pain. I previously had a sinus infection and it seems to be the same symptoms except the headaches are worse and so is the neck pain. What can I take for now to treat the symptoms until i can go to the doctors office tomorrow?

Neurologist 's  Response
Hello!
I read carefully your question and understand your concern.
I think that the troubles you have may be related to a complicated sinusitis.
The neck pain is very concerning for a possible meningitis.
I would like to know if you have neck stiffness or fever.
I would recommend to consult with the neurologist, have a good neurological examination to rule out a possible meningitis. A full blood work and a brain CT scan are necessary .
A lumbar puncture may be needed.
I would recommend you to go to the emergency room for this , and not to wait.
Hope to have been of help!
Greetings!
Dr. Abaz Quka
