What Causes Headache, Nausea And Pain In The Palms And Feet?

I have a headache, spots before my eyes, nauseous which I have been dealing with for a year. The bottom of my feet hurt sometimes and so do the palm of my hands. My face hurts and feels flushed at times. I stay cold most of the time. My body feels funny.

First possibility is you may be suffering from migraine that causes headache,nausea,spots in front of eyes.But since the headache is present since 1 year as you said,you all need to do a CT scan head.
May I know what is your age,what is your occupation and are you a chronic alcohol drinker?prolonged exposure to certain environmental toxins may cause such picture.
Since you also have pain in palms and feet,I want to ask have you been evaluated for diabetes mellitus and hypertension?If no,get yourself evaluated for these.
Nearly,the above mentioned picture can be also caused by generalized anxiety disorder.You need to visit a physician and get yourself evaluated for all above causes.
