What Causes Headache, Nausea, Yellow Urine And Reduced Fetal Movement During Pregnancy?

I m 28 weeks pregnant. Since Monday there has been low fetal movement (although he s been picking up the pace today), also today I have a random headache, bright yellow urine and spontaneous nausea resulting in pea green bile vomit. I m trying to stay calm and eat what I think I can keep down (to no avail) but I m concerned, is he alright? should I make a trip to the doctor?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Has your liver functions checked? Headache and nausea, vomiting are a normal part of pregnancy due to hormonal overflow. Keep yourself well hydrated.A concentrated urine is yellow in colour. A decreased feral movement is an emergency and you should report to your obstetrician.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family Physician
