What Causes Headache, Nose Bleeds, White Flash On Bottom Of Eye?

Hi I have been a headache on the left side of my head, at times when i look another direction i can see white flash in the bottom of my left eye, and just recently I have been having nose bleeds on my left nostril. I feel like the left side of my head is really heavy.

headache ..nose bleed and eye problem ...all these may be related to high bp ...please visit general practioner for bp and sugar check up ...also get eye examination ...
