hello,welcome to healthcaremagic

headache in temples and occipital area is mainly due to decreased or incomplete sleep.

try to complete your sleep and correct your sleep wake cycle.

an exceptional cause of headache in temporal region is giant cell arteritis which is characterstically seen in 20-30years age group.

if you belong to this age group. get a CBC+ESR done. and follow up with a doctor near you.

for now, take naproxen 500mg OD.

for thick mucus, take cough syrup like ambroxol and get a chest x ray done.

hope this helps.
thank you
