What Causes Headache, Sinus Pressure And Severe Dizziness?
I have mild headaches,sinus pressure & sometimes extreme dizziness. it happened very suddenly. I have not hit my head or taken a fall ect. now my lung capacity seems to be diminishing very rapidly. I cannot find an environmental cause. no one I live with is having these problems. it is a big ?!

Your symptoms seem to be related to sinusitis. It is an inflammation of the lining of the sinuses. I suggest suing an anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen.
I also suggest using a saline nail spray to avoid sinus congestion.
