What Causes Headache, Sore Throat And Petechial Rash On Face?
I have had a sore throat for three days with fatigue, headache and musle aches, but I don t think I have a fever. Yesterday I noticed a fine petichial rash everywhere but my face, which is itchy and seems to be getting worse. Should I see a physician or just not worry about it?
