General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Headache, abdominal pain and limb weakness can be due to dehydration or nutritional deficiency or electrolyte depletion. These are some of the common cause of generalised fatigue. Blood pressure and blood sugar levels should be checked. It is also essential to rule out limb weakness related to nervous system or brain. I would suggest you to take a CT / MRI brain to rule out any signs of stroke.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
