What Causes Headache, Stuffy Nose And Breathing Difficulty?

I been having these weird headaches, its like a sharp sharp pain that shots thru my eye to my nose, and sometimes while laying on my back I get the pain in the back of my neck and head. My nose is stuffy most of the time and I have to clean out my nose several times a day. Sometime I just don t bother because I get tired of cleaning it which makes it a little hard to breath. What should I do?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to nasal congestion.

For that you can apply nasal saline drops locally.

You may require sinus x ray after ENT consultation.

Continue steam inhalation.

Continue nebulization.

For headache you can take tablet acetaminophen.

Keep your self warm.

Hope I have answered your query...
Let me know if I can assist you further.
