What Causes Headache, Sweating And Excessive Thirst?

I am experiencing extreme thirst, can t ever get it quenched. I m getting exhausted much easier lately. I have been having mild headaches, which I used to never have. I have been getting drenched in sweat, when I am doing just normal work activity, when I check my blood pressure I usually run about 137/ 75 around there. When I diet I don t lose any weight.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to several causes.

For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, blood sugar level after physician consultation.

Further treatment mainly depends upon underlying condition.

Do regular blood pressure monitoring and electrocardiogram after physician consultation.

Keep your self hydrated and take balanced diet.

Hope I have answered your query, let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale,
Family and General Physician.
