General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms you have mentioned can be due to different causes like viral, bacterial, autoimmune or due to some malignancy.

To find the reason behind it, I would suggest you without any delay, visit a gastroenterologist who will do a physical examination along with all medical history, he will advise you to get some diagnostic tests done which might include some blood tests, stool examination and imaging tests like ultrasound abdomen, CAT scan as well as endoscopy which will help to explain the correct reason behind your symptoms.

Once the reason is known, your doctor will be able to treat you with appropriate medicines which will improve your health condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Manisha Auradkar, General & Family Physician
