General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Difficulty concentrating, remembering or thinking may be due to physical or psychological causes . Because it is combined with headaches and pain it is more likely due to a physical cause.

This would include infection, mass or electrolyte disturbance.
It would be best to see your doctor for assessment.

This assessment would include evaluation of all of your symptoms, physical examination and likely investigations such as blood tests and imaging.
Blood tests may include a complete blood count and electrolytes.

I hope this helps
