What Causes Headache, Upper Chest Pain And Neck Pain?
For 2 days I have had pain in my upper chest (deep) to my lower neck/throat. It is all around the upper shoulder chest area (even the back). Today I also have a crushing headache on the left side and ear pain. I am never sick and seldom get headaches. Any Thoughts?

I suggest you to do a blood count and consult with ENT. Also you should do an X ray of the chest ! Meantime use paracetamol.
