General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the headache, vomiting and bleeding ear indicates underlying neurological issue as cerebral hemorrhage or others. He needs an ER visit, so call 911 immediately without any delay to save his life and vital parameters. Till the time, make him position supine with head up to avoid aspiration of vomitus inside his lungs.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
