What Causes Headache, Vomiting And Fever In Child?
my 10 year old daughter has been home vomiiting yesterday approximately 12 hours. currently no vomitting only high fever 101.3 taken under the arm. childrens advil taking the fever down to 99.9. complaing of headache and very red sore throat to bumps seen on troat.

It looks like acute pharyngitis, may be viral or bacterial.
But meningitis has to be excluded.
Better consult pediatrician immediately
