What Causes Headache When I Stretch My Body Or Bend Forward?
When ever I bend down forward and stay a while my head slowly starts reeling and it increases if I persist to stay in that position. And then it converts into head ache. This also happens when I bend in certain directions stretching my body. Tje reeling stops if I immedoately changevthe position but gets worse if I persist to stay in that position. What is my problem
Hi, Thanks for writing your query. Headache increasing on bending is usually associated with sinusitis. Sensation of giddiness in a particular position can be due to Benign positional vertigo. I would suggest that you should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by your doctor to rule out other causes. Some investigations which may be helpful are :- 1. X-Ray PNS. 2. Blood pressure and heart rate monitoring. 3. MRI head and neck. 4. ENT examination. Further can be commented after a clinical evaluation and according to the reports of the investigations mentioned above.
I hope this is helpful to you. Thanks.
