What Causes Headache When Turn My Head In A Certain Way?
when i lay down an lean my head a certain way i get a bad headache until i sit up but its like a headache pain as if im hanging upside down an right after that..my vision went crazy, i started seeing squiggly lines its happened once before now this is the second time im a little worried..
I think the headache you are having when you lay down is due to any eye problem. Should:
- monitor your blood pressure (BP) and sugar levels; record the results for reference
- consult further with eye specialist
- get an X-ray of the spinal cord neck area to rule out arthritis or other vertebral spine issues.
Sometimes, bad posture can also cause this headache. Avoid raising your head too high or too low.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
