What Causes Headache While Bending Head After A Head Injury?

My dad is a plumber and while he was working a metal pipe from the second floor hit him in the head. He had a baseball cap on but it caused an open wound. He didnt want to go to the hospital and the next day he was complaining that whenever he would bend down his head would hurt a lot. Should we take him to a doctor?

He had open wound as per your history. It is very common to have headaches after head trauma.
