Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

A headache is due to underlying typhoid fever and malaria, the pathogens of which are responsible for incredible discomfort.

Now it is time to consult your doctor immediately, rather than self-treating.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
