General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Noted you have headache and blurr vision.
Let me know you there are many causes.
Cause has to be searched by detailed history and investigation..

If you have chronic diabetis then by retinopathy these can occur.
Fundoscopy done for rule retinopathy or early retinal detachment like causes.

If you have hypertension and slurred speech stroke can be cause....CT needed for it...

Sometime tension headache and migraine also can lead this......Flashes of light also present.....

For rule out fungal cryptococcus like infection or any organic cause like tumour ruled out by CT scan.....

Take care.
