What Causes Headache With Pain And Stiffness In Neck Despite Taking Medications?
Worst headache ever along with pain and stiffness in neck. Vomited once, but nausea off and on since. Laid down in dark, quiet room for 4 hours along with ibuprofen. Got up to help husband tend to children and was still in alot of pain. Took more ibuprofen and was finally able to actually sleep. Woke up next morning and could feel the pain in head and neck starting to ramp back up again, so have been taking ibuprofen and dealing with continuous dull ache in head and neck. What should I do?

Sometimes it occurs because of cervical spondylosis(Cervical spondylosis, also known as cervical osteoarthritis and degenerative osteoarthritis, refers to the deterioration of the vertebrae and discs in the neck as we get older - specifically, the cervical spine)....its earlier symptoms are headache...cervical stiffness...pain in back....tingling sensation in hand....and its first line of treatment is to sleep on flat surface...use pillow which supports your neck....take ayurvedic medicines....like maha rasnadi kwath.....apply oil on your neck and massage slowly
