What Causes Headache,balance Issues And Trembling While Holding Glass?

Sharpe quick pain, followed by headache, lighthearted, balance issues, sometimes have trembling with hands when picking up drinking glass. I have had short term memory issues. Concussion 11/14, MRI shows white matter, hypertension. Was told one thing has nothing to do with the other?

neurological symptoms. MRI showing hypertension is not under stood. it is to be understood as having hypertension. MRI report is to be taken as loss and trembling may be-degenerative changes. consult neurologist for examination and advise on treatment balance issue may be due to uncontrolled hypertension.
