Hello,
It could be due to staining fumes, keep him in an airy, well oxygenated place. Headache associated with nausea can be due to
tension headache or migraine. Dizziness / light headedness is due to
dehydration, low blood glucose, BP issues or vertigo, etc. You are suggested to get him examined by a GP / Cardiologist since he has history of atrial
fibrillation. Get all urinalysis, blood (CBC,
lipid profile, etc) and imaging (X-ray, Echo, CT, MRI) tests done to detect any CAD developing. In the meantime, he can take
Acetaminophen (tylenol), one SOS when needed for relief. Avoid addictions if any, do not drive. His treatment will depend on the pathology detected.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
