I'm 21 and female. For the past week or two I haven't felt like myself. I blacked out about a week ago. My ears were ringing and my legs felt like spaghetti. I've been getting headaches. I have no energy. My body is achy and occasionally I get nauseas. I don't have much of an appetite and the tiredness is really dragging my body down. What could it be?
Hello, Thanks for using healthcaremagic. Considering your history you seems to be suffering from migraine or sinusitis. You blood pressure , refraction(Vision check up for specs) and x-ray PNS should be checked. If it is migraine, propranolol or flunarizine or amitriptyline can be taken as prophylaxis.Or NSAIDs/trptan medicines can be taken for immediate headache relief. If sinusitis course of antibiotic and antihistaminics needed. Another thing is your HB and B12 level might be low. If it is treatment for the same also needed. So consult doctor and make your check up. Hope I have answered your query.late me know if still any info needed. Regards, Dr. Chintan Solanki
