What Causes Headaches, Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea?
For the past three weeks I have had intermittent sore throat, aches, headache, short sharp pains in head and abdomen, general blah feeling, with occasional gassy diarrhea. i am a 66 year old generally healthy active female. Wondering what s going on.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of headaches, abdominal pain and diarrhea. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like gastroenteritis , food poisoning , irritable bowel syndrome, acid reflux, lactose intolerance , giardiasis or intestinal Ileus. Need not to worry. You should take antacid after every meal and keep your head elevated while lying down. Drink plenty of water. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order stool test , ultrasound , endoscopy along with that take history. Doctor may prescribe laxative , ornidazole or albendazole along with ranitidine. Take plenty of water. You should eat light and non spicy , avoid food like seafood and nuts.
