Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Headache is a very common problem. It can occur due to several reasons. Treatment of headache depend on its cause.

I would like to consider multiple possibilities in your case in following hierarchy:
Stress and Anxiety disorder: Many time fear of brain tumor may related to anxiety.
• Migraine
• High blood pressure: So monitor your BP.
• Infection of teeth/ear/nasal cavity
• Visual problem
• Neurological problem: may need MRI brain

It is better to get yourself evaluated by general physician to rule out above causes and then seek consultation according to his recommendation. Till that time you can take analgesic to reduce pain.

Wish you good health and all the best.
