What Causes Headaches Along With Blurred Vision And Ringing In Ears?

Walking from one room to the next after playing at a recording studio and I get home relax a slight headache and my vision gets blurry then it became black dark then my ears start to ring and everything sounds like its getting further away till the ringing gets louder and then my legs gave out from under me I just barely made it to the closest chair the only thing I was doing just before that I had a sweet tea from a can I was drinking and was holding I was able to sit the tea down just as the ringing and vision loss happend then I looked at the time it happend for about a min or 2
