What Causes Headaches Along With Diarrhea And Fatigue?

I have had a dull headache, some diarrhea, fatigue, and just not feelin good for over 3 weeks. I am on losarton, levothyroxine and Lipitor. I have acid reflux and take omiprazole. I am 76, female, 5’4 “ weigh 142. I do yoga 5 x week. I started a cold sore 2 days ago and this usually means I have some “bug” going on. I am just dragging. Gloria at YYYY@YYYY

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

After reading your post, it seems that your symptoms might be due to infection of the gastrointestinal tract. You should get yourself clinically examined and investigated by your doctor. You can take paracetamol for relief from headache. An antibiotic may be needed for control of infection, which should be taken after consulting your doctor. Eat light meals prepared under hygeinic conditions. Also drink lots of water daily.
