What Causes Headaches Along With Dizziness And Appetite Loss?
I have the flu- 48 hrs since onset. I do believe I am abut better today. Headaches, muscle aches and pains (severe), dizzy when up, no appetite, but I am drinking lots of water and using adequate urination. I am taking 1000mg Tylenol q6-8 hour with a mac of 3000 mg in 24 hrs . I hVe chills but following Tylenol- sweats. Question- am I contagious at this stage? Is there anything else to take?

Hi,
You may be suffering from viral fever with generalized weakness. You may also get examined for CBP, ECG, malaria, Widal test. Continue tablet Paracetamol thrice a day for five days. Drink plenty of liquids, take test, better to start antibiotics under your doctor's guidance.
