What Causes Headaches Along With Dizziness And Disorientation?
I ve been getting headache s lately and feeling dizzy and disoriented. Feels like I m in a dream. Trouble concentrating and focusing. Feel weak and tired. Lose balance sometimes, walk to the side or almost fall over when standing still. Cannot balance energy even when balancing diet and exercise.

Regarding your symptoms of headache and weakness in spite of adequate nutrition I am believing it could be due to the following :
Infection(brain abscess)
Inflammation(meningitis)
Tumor
Illicit drug use
Head injury
In view of this please do a CT scan serum electrolytes to rule out this causes
Meanwhile please take tablet cafegot multivitamin capsules pending the result
