What Causes Headaches Along With Dizziness?

You have a 30 year woman who comes into the clinic complaining about bad cramps, headache and feeling very dizzy . What would be one of the main question you would ask her during her intake ? What Lab exam would you run before the doctor even comes in to see her?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms of the woman can be related to many medical conditions. As per your queries:

1) I would ask the patient about age, medical history, medications that she is taking, is she has taken rough liquids.

2) As per the examinations I would measure the blood pressure, temperature and would ask for a complete blood count for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
