thanks you. I have sporadic headaches in the left side of the upper temporal area spreading to the top of me head in the same area... very localized. They are intense and sharp and come and go leaving a sensation of sourness in the skin. This is very sensitive to cold breeze or winds. My left ear is involved in this event most of the time as is a sensation of light dizziness. My MD Dx sinusitis around the orbit of the eye. Gave me oral antibiotics for 10 days and it helped by the symptoms are back. Also had a fetic/putric smell coming out my nostril and throat especially in the morning. Very worry

You can take Cefadroxil twice daily for five days, take Omeprazole twice a day for five days, take Serratiopeptidase and Paracetamol twice a day for five days. Do X-ray of affected site, do CT scan brain for further evaluation. If not resolved then consult neurophysician.
