What Causes Headaches Along With Pain In Knees And Thighs?
Have been achy since Sunday, 11-8-2015. Started with headache, achy knees and thighs. Also allergy symptoms (head pressure mostly) am currently taking Singular and Flonase regularly for allergies. Am more tired than usual. Don t feel sick other than being achy and tired.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have headaches along with pain in knees and thighs. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like tendinitis , injuries , sickle cell disease , gout , muscle strain or nerve compression in back . I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan MRI , nerve conduction test and take history to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe anti inflammatory , muscle relaxant , nerve supplement and physical therapy . Doctor may also recommend surgery in severe nerve damage . For now take proper rest and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . Doctor may also refer you to neurologist for head problem like migraine .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
