What Causes Headaches Along With Severe Constipation?

Hi , my mom often experiences headaches due to gastric problems . She also has a problem clearing her stomach in the everyday in the morning . She can t do so until n unless she has 2-3 glasses of tea . She s somewhat against lemon (lemon rice especially )n often experiences this after having lemon . What might be the problem ?
