What Causes Headaches Along With Tingling In Arms And Legs?

My son had two IED explosions he has had headaches and sleep issues since along with behavior and alcohol issues.He was given a MRI findings were no bleeds. There are two small foci of increased signal intensity on T2 and FLAIR images in the deep whit matter of the right posterior temporal lobe and left frontal lobe. These measure 6 and 3 mm respectively. These are nonspecific in orgin with extensive differential. Should he be rechecked as he has tingling in arms and legs when running. Continued headaches and sleep issues is being given amitriptyline. Should we be concerned he is 29 years old.
