What Causes Headaches And Body Aches While On Focusfactor?
I m a 55 yr old male, over the last few yrs. I ve noticed some instances of forgetfulness, so I ve tried a few over the counter memory aides Prevagen, and most recently Focus Factor for roughly 7 days only to experience super painful head-aches as well as body aches. I this a common complaint or side effect of Focus Factor?

Focusfactor is having vitamins, minerals and omega 3 fatty acids. It is purely a nutritional supplement. It cannot cause a headache or body ache. So I don't think your symptoms are due to Focusfactor tablet.
In my opinion, you should get done blood pressure monitoring for hypertension as uncontrolled hypertension can cause a headache and body ache.
