What Causes Headaches And Cold Feeling Inside The Skin?

Yes I have been having this very cold feeling inside my skin..like on the top part of my head area..no cold or stuffy nose..but my head feels warm on the outside to touch..but I feel its cold like fluid inside..its gives me a mild headache..and also this past week I have broken two of my fingers,they just lil snapped like a twig,and I m wandering if it a vitamin deficiency

I really appreciate your concern, such cold feeling and stuffy nose could be due to allergic condition, broken finger can managed with finger splint, no need to have any vitamin medicine, healthy diet would be enough, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
