What Causes Headaches And Dizziness Along With High Fever?

Every day I wake up feeling fine. By the end of the day around 4pm I start getting flu like symptoms - hat cold aches light headed. I eventually get a migraine. Once I take the imitrix everything eventually clears up and I am good to go. Just started taking my temp. Last night during the issue it was 103. Today when all was fine it was 97. Right now it is 104. It is weird because I have no issues during the day. It just builds as the day goes on.

Hello,

Cold symptoms (headache, aches, light headed, etc) with the presence of fever may be due to a virus infection. Generally, the fever and the symptoms are worse during the second part of the day and at night so this is not something to worry.

You may need to take some rest and drink plenty and take some ibuprofen and paracetamol to help with fever and aches and pains.
If you notice that the fever last more than 5 days in total or you are getting any worse please see your doctor.
