What Causes Headaches And Dizziness While Having Anxiety?
My daughter had to quit school this year with what we are thinking stress .she is currently suffering from anxiety now.she never feels well and has a headache every day and dizzy .she is wanting to go to school for a paramedic next year but she never feels well
Anxiety and stress have the strong link with a headache which is often called as a tension or a cluster headache. It can also lead to a migraine. This occurs because of hormonal and pressure changes in blood brought by stressful events.
Dizziness occurs due to a headache and pressure changes in the blood. In order to avoid this, she needs non-drug therapy as well as drug therapy.
It is better to show her to a good psychiatrist or psychological counsellor. As soon as her stress and anxiety end she will feel better.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
