What Causes Headaches And Dizziness While On Depo Shots?

Hi i have been on the depo shot for 10 years now i have no period since i start the depo shot. I dont have no problem only been having headace alot but since my last shot in January my body started to feel weird. My belly feel very bloated, cramp, abdominal movement, dizziness and this make me really scared. it even make me feel like am pregnant when o lnow am not. Can this be from the depo shot
