What Causes Headaches And Dizziness While On Warfarin?

I have Atrial Fib, and take warfarin 2mg daily my INR this morning was 3.3 higher than usual. I have been having headaches, upset stomach, extreme gas and dizziness. Could this be caused by the high INR. I have sent the results to my doctor, so she will probably adjust my medication.
