my son is 10 years old weighing 47kg he was suffering from headache a pulsating one consistently but he was able to all his work. neurologist advised sebilium once a day after few days is temperature started rising to 102-103 he took antibiotic for five days after that temperature comes to 100 degree farenhiet. The consistent headache was gone but he get headache ocassionaly now for a very short duration of few minutes. the temperature in morning is normal but after 5-6 pm it start rising to 99.6 and sometimes 100 degree farenhiet level but not above that and it comes down again to normal in night. All blood tests are normal and typhoid and malaria is ruled out by blood test. now total 22 days had passed and he is not getting normal temp throughout the day . for past five days he is having mild cough, some problem in throat and blocked nose, but he is playfull and normal diet all activites are normal, urine culture and blood culture are normal, his platelete has dcecreased by 2 lakhs in 15 days and WBC incresed from 6500 to 10900 but all values are still in normal range. now he has nil to very less headache what can be the probable reason . presently he is on antibiotics moxclav 625 mg twice a day for five days
