Hello,
Your symptoms are indicative that you are suffering from
migraine. Migraine causes
nausea and
vomiting. Migraine does affect vision when it is chronic. It may cause retinal migraine or migraine aura. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP you will be referred to an Eye specialist, get it checked to rule out any serious vision problem. Migraine is commonly treated with pain relieving medicines, anti-nausea medicine and triptans, etc.
Get CT and MRI done to rule out tumors, strokes, bleeding in the brain,
brain damage, infection, etc. Your treatment will depend on the pathology detected. Stay well hydrated, take water and fluids. Do not skip meals. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and strong smell. Avoid
stress (emotional & physical). Stay away from addictions if any.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
